Q. What is a typical paint class like? 

A. We paint, we pour, and we pretend to be our favorite artists. Whether you feel like Pablo or Puff, you will definitely have a great time and create unforgettable memories with your crew or your boo. No artistic experience is necessary. We provide all of the materials for the artwork (canvases, brushes, paint, smocks and the fun!). Everyone will take home of work of art. 


Q. What Food or Drinks can I bring? 

A. Feel free to bring snacks to share with your crew or boo, such as cheese & crackers, small sandwich platters, grapes, chips, etc. Don’t forget to bring your favorite drinks to wet your pallete! 


Q. I can’t wait! How do I purchase my tickets?

A. Tickets can be purchased in advance on our website or in person but we highly recommend purchasing your ticket in advance because typically there is no room for walk ins. Don’t get caught being a hater from the outside peeking in. Purchase your tickets today. 

Q. Can I cancel my reservation?

 A. Reservations can be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice to your event’s scheduled start time. Each cancellation will be subject to $10 booking release fee PER TICKET. To cancel your reservation, simply email us at hello@artxostudios.com. Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours notice of the class’ start time will not receive a refund. However, the host may take their reserved canvas and deliver it to them. 


Q. Can I reschedule my reservation?

A. If you wish to reschedule a class, by changing the date or time, you will need to cancel your reservation and book a new reservation. You will be subject to the $10 cancellation booking release fee PER TICKET. Please book responsibly.


Q. What if I miss my reservation? 

A. If you have to miss your reservation, tickets for missed classes or classes cancelled with less than 24 hours notice of the class’ start time will only receive a 50% refund. All refund requests must happen prior to the start time of event or it is considered a no show in which there is NO REFUND given at that time. If you are unable to attend your class, DON'T CALL, please email us hello@artxostudios.com


Q. Can I have a private party? 

A. We offer semi private as well as private events.  We are happy to host your private event. There is a minimum required in order to host a private event and should be booked at least 3 weeks in advance (subject to availability).  Please see above for all refund, cancellations and reschedules.

Q. What if I don’t have the minimum amount of guests?

A. Its all good! We highly recommend booking your small group into one of our public events. Whether you are celebrating your birthday or bachelorette party, the whole place will be jamming and celebrating with you!
